Does anyone answer the phones?

Thanks for wondering this great question. As you can imagine there are so many awesome customer we have and we wish we could take sales calls, fix issues and just be able to never miss a call. We are always trying to hire more people to keep up with the demand of Sales and Customer Service.

What the best way to get my matter resolved?

- Please don't call us for customer service issues, email us and text us. We would appreciate all concerns to go through the contact us page on the site and we will will put you in the queue and try to respond in 48 hours or less.

- We do not work on the weekends so no support is around on the weekend but we will process and get caught up when we return on Monday.

Again we are responding to the chat and emails that are sent to the contact us page quickly. We are a family owned company and have 42 great people that look forward to serving you. Thanks for your undersatnding.
