How does the return process work for Warranty?

We understand that warranty are not a fun process for you or us.

You have two options to avoid DOWN time in your garden.
#1 You can purchase another product and we will ship that out to you and when we get your product
back and the credit issued we will refun that purchase.

or

#2 If you do not have the ability to purcahse a replacement you should know this process could
take 2-3 weeks plus transit times with UPS.


What you need to do is the following for this return:

The item that failed is a manufacture warranty and the item needs to be shipped
back to:
Grow Green MI
10566 Plaza Drive
RMA-<OrderNummber>
Whitmore Lake MI 48189

When we get the item we will send it to the manufacture and they will
either fix the item or issue a credit.

Typically most things are made in China and credits are issued.


Once that process takes place you have two options:

#1 We can ship you a replacement unit and GrowGreenMI.com ships it for free to you.

or

#2
We can issue you a credit to your account.

Please understand RMA and Warranty are not fun for you or us and we loose money in the
process. We help you through the process of the manufacture. Many people have
gardens that can't have downtime.
