I got my package but its Damaged and a mess?

As you can imagine GrowGreenMI.com ships thousands of packages every week and we love to hand deliver each package to your door so it would arrive safe. So we use UPS and FEDEX to help us get these packages to you and sometime there is a problem.


Clearly your garden is important to you and us and we took the time to properly ship and wrap the item.


If you have a damage or leaky product please do the following to make this as painless as possible for you and us.

Take a picture of the items you got in the box that are damaged.

Check to see how much of the product is missing sometime the cap just comes loose and a little bit is leaked out.

Please be patient clearly you have been waiting for this package to show up and you need to feed your plants and this is generated a delay.

Consider asking us for a partial refund instead of a product replacement. Depending on the cost of your item we will have to bring it back before we can ship out a replacement which adds to the time. If you take a partial credit things will go faster.



Once we get the information about your damage it takes 48 hours to generate a new order and ship it out which also means the time to get it to you takes so many days.



Questions:

  • Can we overnight you a package due to this damage: Unforunatelly no we can't do this due to the cost.
  • Does the customer have to file the claim with Fedex or UPS no you don't we do this work fo ryou.



Again sorry this happened but part of customer service is fixing problems. We get a lot of people that don't want this experience and we don't want it anymore then you do. Most of the time Fedex and UPS do not honor the damage package and we just loose on the damaged item.
