My Bottle was OPENED or there a Hole in the seal?
Grow Green is not the manufacture of any of the products we sell we buy them direct from the manufacture. We do NOT expect the bottles before shipping to check to make sure the caps are on or if there an issue with a cap. As you can imagine in the manufacture process sometime seals are NOT applied so we can't guarantee there will be a seal.
Here is an example of a product that they PUT a hole in the seal so that the product can BREATHE else the bottle will explode.
Again we are NOT able to provide refunds if a seal is missing or not on properly as that is a manufacture defect in the bottling process. We do not open products or touch them before they go out we ship over 1000 orders a day.
