No one responded will anyone help me?

Yes we will help you and we work on the issues and responses as fast as we can with the limited staff we have.


Yep no one wants to hear a excuse at service and everyone wants to be first in line and we understand that.


Our new Chat and Email software that we launched in March 2022 has improved the customer experience. Before we just had so many orders and so many customer asking us questions we couldn't keep up on the phones. So PLEASE use the chat or contact us feature on the web site.



What you should expect as a customer:


  • If your chatting with us we have staff that works Monday - Friday 10:00 - 6:00 pm if your chatting or emailing out side of this expect 24 hours before we get to you or less on the first response.
  • If your chatting on the weekend we will get to you on Monday



I Chatted with someone and they told me someone will get me a return label, Fedex or UPS lost package, fix my damaged package, correct my mispick or issue? When?


Damaged packages:

We will contact you for pictures of the damage package and understand the damage in 24 hours and create a new order or issue a partial credit. When we create a new order expect it to take 48 hours or less to ship and then transit time to you. Can we overnight or express ship no unfortunately we don't have this on our account. We are here to help you and sorry UPS or Fedex damaged the item it does happen when we ship liquids. 5000 orders a week no matter what something is damaged and sorry that happened to you.


Lost packages:

If your package shows delivered you didn't get it or lost in the world. We will reach out to Fedex and UPS to try to resolve this that takes 48 hours to 72 hours. Yes that means there could be a delay if we have to re-ship the package to you then expect 48 hours or less to re-ship from our building and transit times.


Mispick packages:

Yes we are human and as perfect as we try to be shipping 5000 orders a week humans do make mistakes. Its important to own the mistake fix the mistake and move on. Expect after we know about the error 48 hours or less to address it via refund or re-ship the package to you and transit times to you.


Trimmer Rentals Questions:

Yes we have the best department in the united states for service, cleaning and renting machines. If your asking for question expect 24 hours for someone in that department to get back with you.




You are important and we are trying to hire more and more staff to keep up with the demand. Chat and Email are a great tool and we know your garden doesn't stop and issues could effect your production. We do our best to resolve matters to make you a happy customer. We understand everyone wants faster faster and doesnt' care and wants to be first so we process it this way and wanted to explain this to you.
