Why does my order say suspected fraud? Fraud

When your order is marked for suspected fraud our security team will be reviewing the products ordered, order history and address where the items will be shipped. As you can imagine COVID created many fraudsters that came out of the wood work and steal from our company and many companies.

Clearly if you're reading this you believe that this is a legit transaction. We have many fraud filters setup on our site to protect us from the hundreds of thousands of dollars we lost in fraud.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason and refund your money if we do not feel confident in the transaction. If your ORDER is refunded or "CLOSED" you have the option to pay us with WIRE, ACH (money taken from your bank account) or send us check or money order. Clearly it is not our intent to refund your order but we created a security team to prevent fraud.

Generally its takes 24-48 hours for the security team to review your order and they do not work on the weekends.
