Your Reviews and Feedback are Poor ? Should I buy from you?

As you can imagine the world of computers is awesome and when there a problem customer can actually post a review or feedback about a poor experience. GrowGreenMI.com has been around since 2009, we have 32 awesome people that work at the company in our 140,000 sqft building which is the largest store in the United States of America.
GrowGreenMI.com is a family owned company that treats the staff like family and has a chef that cooks us breakfast and lunch every day. If you look at our hours we close from Noon to 1:00 pm every day so we can eat as a family.
Our company has Fedex Semi Trailer and UPS Semi Trailer that leaves our facility every day with thousands of packages.
What does this have to do with feedback? Well as you read the reviews we do make mistakes and we fix those mistakes. Unfortunately the thousands of people that get there packages with no problem don't take the time to give us a review. That pretty normal in the online world only write a review when there a problem.
Clearly every situation people expect a certain result and we do our best to fix problems that happen and working with UPS and FEDEX issues of lost packages, and damages. We are human and we do make mistakes and feedback helps us do better for the next customer.
Every week we load thousands of packages and yes every week there is 4 packages of thousands that get dropped or leak or are damaged. It sad to have a perfect package sent to you a customer and then it doesn't arrive in the condition it left our building. As much as the world isn't perfect our customer service is here to fix those matters.
