Can I call and place an order over the phone?
You can only place an order with one of our sales associates if you are building an order over $1000.00 or more.
If you are spending under 1K we ask that you place your order through the website.
Clearly not everyone is spending this much on their orders and as you remember the airplane industry used to have representatives to take your travel over the phone we just can't keep up with the amount of phone calls. Amazon doesn't allow you to place order over the phone and we do apologize for this and are actively trying to hire more people to potentially bring this option back.
