How do I return something I accidentally ordered?

We offer a 15 day return on all brand new, unused and undamaged products when accompanied bv a receipt and in original packaging excepted limited returns for IN STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Items must arrive in brand new, saleable condition at our warehouse before and credit will be issued. Please consider getting insurance on the package -- if it arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will not issue credit. Items not returned in new condition will not be accepted.

All returns must have an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). RMA number is RMA-<Order Number> Example: RMA-100480111

Items without an RMA number will be returned to sender. All returns must be completed within 15 days of purchase.

Freight charges are not refundable on returns unless the company made a shipping error. The company reserves the right to inspect the product to determine if it's damaged or not re-sellable and to issue credit conditionally.

Limited Return: We cannot accept returns on items that could have been tampered with such as nutrients, pH adjusters, cloning gels, beneficial insects, and pesticides. Manufactures that offer 100% money back refund are excluded from this policy.
