My order is Closed or Refunded because address do not match?
Due to the world having many FRAUDSTERS we have hired a security team that scans all orders for fraud. If your reading this your probably saying to yourself I just want to place a order and need to have two different address.
If our security team reviews your order and doesn't want to take the risk associated with your order they will refund it which will take 4 days to go back to your credit card.
If the security team approves your order your name will be approved so you don't have to go through this experience every time.
Can I send you a picture of credit card? No
Can I send you pictures of my drivers licenses? No
Can I talked to security? No, unfortunately if they want to speak with you then they will call you.
Options you have if your order is REFUNDED and Closed?
#1 You can send us a Money order or Check which will take 5 days to clear our bank and then the product will ship.
#2 We can email you a LINK from Bill.com where you enter your routing and bank account info and money will be ACH from your account which takes 5 days When we have the funds we will ship your order.
#3 You can send us a wire this is the fastest way and your order will ship the next day.
Can't I just use a credit card and send it to another address on your first order? If Grow Green Security says no unfortunately we can't help you and we are sorry.
