Missing Items from your Order?

If you are missing items from your order few things could of happened:


- If you order several items we typically ship many items in separte boxes which is to protect your product from being damaged. Please allow for two additional days before you assume we didn't ship the item.

- If your paper in your box has a highlighted mark on an item that means when we went to ship your order one item wasn't in stock so we ship the order. We do know we owe you the item so again please wait an additional 3 days before reaching out to us.

If you waited the days and still nothing please reach out to us as a human we do make mistakes and sometime our pickers error. We are here to fix these problems and appreciate your patiences which typically takes 48 hours or less to correct.
