My Shipping Label was created but Tracking not updated.
At GrowGreenmi.com we ship over 1200 packages a day and have semi trucks of UPS and FEDEX leaving daily. If you have your tracking number emailed to you and you check to see the status and it is NOT moving and says label created. What does this mean?
It means that we have ship your package in a box and loaded it on a 53 ft semi trailer that is picked up from our building daily at 4:30 pm Eastern.
When our shipping company Fedex or UPS picks up the semi trailer they have to take this to their building when it is loaded on the conveyor system it will be scanned and in two days start to track.
Michigan Customer sometimes get the package at their door before it even starts to track.
If your waiting for your package to move before you contact us please allow two business days.
NOTE: If your package is NOT moving after 2 business days PLEASE reach out to us and let us know so we can get a manager reviewing your matter.
Your orders are important to us and we will get to the bottom of it and we appreciate your time to let us review matter typically takes 24 hours to figure things out.
